Footage you can use

Everything on this page is artwork Klar made, and you can cut it, caption it, speed it up and post it without asking. No attribution required. Two things have to stay right: the facts below, and Apple's artwork.

Vertical

1080×1920 PNG, which is the size TikTok, Reels and Shorts want for a hook slide. The bottom third of each is empty on purpose: that is where the caption, the username and the action rail get painted.

Films

1920×1080. The tour is narrated and the rest are silent, so you can put your own voice or music over those without fighting a bed you cannot hear. All of them are rendered from pages in this repository rather than screen-recorded, which is why the text in them is sharp enough to crop into.

The quiet inbox film

Twenty seconds rendered from klar.im/quiet: an ink-wash mountain range, maple leaves coming down, and the Mail inbox once the spam is in Junk. Made to be remixed. The plates carry no words at all, so yours go on top; the loop is a background for whatever you are saying. The same list in French and German is at klar.im/quiet/ugc, under /fr and /de.

What is true

Say any of these and you are on solid ground. They are the same facts the press kit carries, and each one is something a viewer can check.

It classifies on the Mac. No account, no cloud, no automatic telemetry.
The part that reads your mail ships without macOS network permission, and anyone can verify that with one codesign command against the installed app.
It catches AI-written scams and phishing that keyword filters wave through.
It reads mail in over 100 languages.
Spam is moved to Junk. Nothing is ever deleted.
It needs an Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 14 or later.

What not to say

Not house style, just the five things that would make a video wrong. A claim we cannot back is worse for us than no video at all.

No accuracy number. We do not publish one, so any figure in a video is invented. "Catches what Apple's filter misses" is the claim, and it is enough.
It does not block or delete anything. It moves mail to Junk, where you can still read it. Saying it deletes spam describes a product nobody would want.
Only the free Mac app is out. Klar Plus is in development, the iPhone app for scam texts is a TestFlight beta, and the server version is not deployed anywhere. Do not show any of them as available.
Apple's badge is Apple's. Use their artwork unmodified from Apple's marketing toolbox, or just say "on the Mac App Store". Do not redraw it.
We do not pay for posts. If that ever changes for your video, say so in it. That is the law in most places and it is also simply correct.
