Something about Klar is not working for you. Tell us what it is and we will fix it, or tell you honestly why we cannot. The chat on this page goes to a person, usually the one who wrote the code.

A wrongly flagged email, or spam we missed
This is the most useful thing you can send us: a real message is something we can reproduce, which an opinion is not. Send a wrongly flagged email to incorrect@klar.im, and spam that reached your inbox to spam@klar.im. Attach the original instead of forwarding it: select it in Mail and press ⇧⌘F. The headers are usually where the answer is, and a normal forward replaces them with yours. Every report is read by a person before it changes anything; nothing you send is trained on automatically.
Something to change, rather than something broken
Feature requests and bug reports are public. Post yours, vote on what other people have asked for, and follow what we are building.
